There are things which have passed through the centuries and became part of the life of the Bulgarians – that is wine. We have inherited the spirit of the Thracian god of wine - Bacchus and we have a Christian saint as well – Triphon called Zarezan. With the sacred wine we celebrate joy and grief, we welcome and farewell. We will welcome you with wine too, dear guests.
We will lead you on the road of the Thracians, famous wine growing masters. Will show the vessels in which they made the wine and the vessels from which they drank the divine drink. And we will taste the wine made from the sorts of grape inherited from them. And, of course, we will taste many other sorts of wine with which our country is blessed.
